its the relay part that im snagged on. I run 2 #haven instances. But I probably need to run another relay specifically for the bunker, right?

Oh, that's a type - it's .env file. Just create a file with ".env" name and put the values from README there.

You can use our relay, all comms are encrypted so it's not a big deal.
