I barely use YouTube and the app even less (use as blocking browser) but jezus, the amount of commercials nowadays is SO insane. It's even worse than broadcast TV used to be. Why do people use that app?

Newpipe on Android or Brave browser on iOS & the laptop are the only ways I can watch YouTube

It is beyond insane, if you're lucky you get the sponsor part of the video interupted by an ad. Is anyone really using it without blockers?
