TRT is like plastic surgery for men.
Iāll possibly rethink this when Iām older and sure, there are probably times when itās needed.
But to me, it just signals youāre either insecure or not touching enough grass.
Thoughts?

Mmm prefiero envejecer a tener que hacerme alguna cirujĆa
Agreed. 80% of the time it's unnecessary. Exercise and a healthy diet boosts testosterone!
Im old by nostr standards. Mid fifties... touching grass, full sun and carnivor have me feeling 30.
Mens avergage testosterone concentrations are 1/2 of what it was in the 50's and sperm counts are 30% what they were 100 years ago. Something is seriously wrong with men's endocrine systems. Testosterone is critical to mens health and it is being selected out of the population by the mating choices of women on the pill. Low test among men of all ages is a health crisis.
Ya. Canāt wait to ask god if it was the seed oil, WiFi, blue light, 5g, hfcs, or what lol
IR, UVa, UVb, conversion of cholesterol to vitD and DHEA, dark, low radio pollution sleep, shilajit, sex.
Just eat some bull testicles and your test will shoot up
lol Iāve eaten raw testicles before
š³ā¦yikesā¦tmiš¤¢š¤®šš¤š½āļøš«

You definitely would benefit from a ballsack or two
Iām keepin my t levels up with red meatš¤Ø
ā¦thank u very much for ur concern thoš³ššš¤¦š½āāļøāļø

Bull testicles are considered red meat ser

Iāve got no beef (pun intended) with bull/steer testicles as long as theyāre cooked
ā¦having said that theyāre not my fav cut o the ācowā š¤·š½āāļøā¦but Iāve had them a few timesš«”

True. For now I agree. But I'm 36. We'll see.
Since going down the rabbit hole, Iāve concluded this in a nutshellā¦
This has been a slow motion chemical castration. Seed oils, plastics, blue light, processed food, no sunlight, no sleep, no movement, no intimacy, and self gratification.
Meanwhile, Big Pharma stands ready with a monthly vial of synthetic masculinity.
Men arenāt broken, theyāre being systematically softened. And most donāt even realize itās happening.
I sont disagree but Trt is bio identical. That means that the hormone is chemically exactly the same a what the human body produces although it be manufactured synthetically.
It also means, your body stops producing it meaning you have to take it for the rest of your life
I have retired dudes on both sides of me. One does TRT and the other doesn't. One is sedentary and has a feminazi wife that runs over him and one is single and stays active. Guess who is whom.
Moral of the story is do not marry a feminazi
Yeah! I tend to agree! Maybe I am still too young but at 33 maintaining an active lifestyle, staying away from the harmful nature of modern living, and keeping a clean diet and wellness practices I donāt see ever using it. Time and age could change my mind though!
You are 100% still too young. It's for like 45 - 50 year olds
Fair take ā though sometimes itās less about ego and more about energy. TRT isnāt always about chasing youth; for some, itās about reclaiming normal. But yeah, if your soulās starving, no injectionās gonna fix that. š±
Everyone is looking for that silver bullet. But every drug/pharma has side effects. TRT maybe for the very old, or the office bound. But if possible, get sun, sun balls, have kids, surf hard, eat butter, and get it the fun way.
Also I wonder what kind of affect it has on personality. My dad was on too much for a while and was agro. Yin and Yang man āļø
Accurate
Just lift, surf, eat steak and donāt drink. Men dont need TRT, men need time (which may mean money) to focus on their health and wellness.
Sad really
People just want easy way out. Also itās very common to do that plus a glp-1. Itās like ācongrats on being enhanced?ā Honestly just hard to have too much respect.
Exactly
once went on a date with a guy, his friend (proudly) told me they were both on TRT - when I suggested some naturally testosterone boosting/stabilizing activities, he asked me if I had a scientific study to prove it
sure enough he never saw me again
lol š©
There's good science behind it. You don't need it before 40 though
Well after reading comments I now know what you're talking about and my advice is stay away from that shit.
When you take hormones what you are doing is sending a message to your body to stop producing those hormones.
I'm diabetic and insulin is much the same.
If you give insulin to a non diabetic, eventually their pancreas goes "oh fuck there's already plenty of insulin I can stop making it now"
If you take testosterone your testicles go "oh fuck this body is already full of testosterone, looks like we can stop making it"
And your body will also make extra estrogen to make up for the high test levels.
Then you stop taking the test and what happens? You practically become trans gender because your body is making shitloads of extra estrogen and not making any testosterone
I think you should be as alive as possible until you're totally dead.
When I'm old, I want to be able to do things, exercise, see the world, build things with my hands and teach silly things to some grandchildren.
If all of that is possible without spending money on TRT - brilliant - otherwise I'll be the first in line to get fixed up because I don't want to spend my final years in bed slowly losing my mind.
same. I wonder what other tools will be available to us in not too many years time.
Plenty of people blast test and sterioids recreationally, and have done long before TRT become a thing.
If people want to trade some health issues for the benefits, I wouldn't begrudge them.
So long as nobody forcibly injects my body with anything, I'm happy.
At this point in my life Iād agree. However, I did hear some compelling arguments on how TRT can help fend off the challenges of middle age later on in oneās life.
For now, weāve agreed with my fiancĆ© that itās āfuture Wojās problemā to tackle. Haha
Nevertheless, nature and healthy lifestyle beats them stings.
Need. š
A ton of the people in these comments don't seem to realize that TRT is for older dudes. Like 45 years old at the youngest, and that's IF your levels are down
Lots you can change in your life before you opt over to TRT. Diet, movement patterns, sunlight consumption, sleep habits
Never heard of it.
And you can't make me look it up.
