#[0] can we please get a setting to disable auto-paste? I'm happy to press the paste button when I want, but I don't like that the app automatically tries it every time I open.

Are you talking about the prompt that iOS throws up asking for permission to paste? Yeah that seems to be new, it never used to do this. Very irritating
No. On Android, every time I open WoS, it reads whatever is on my clipboard. If there is an invoice or address, it offers to pay. I would like to disable this feature so that WoS does not read my clipboard unless I explicitly click the paste button in the menu.
(There is a small toast that pops up saying "Wallet of Satoshi pasted from your clipboard" every time I open the app.)
I see - why do you have an invoice in your clipboard if you don’t want to pay it? Just trying to understand the use case
I might have *other things* on my clipboard, and I don't want WoS to scan them to see if they are an invoice or not.

100% agree. I stopped using a trading site because it came up with that prompt every freaking time.
I had this situation on iOS. Had generated an invoice in another wallet and wanted to send it via paste to another channel. Was still on clipboard, was already paid. I was going to generate an unrelated invoice in WoS, and this popped up. I think snooping through clipboard on startup isn’t great, paste should be a big explicit button or disable auto paste toggle.
You can change this setting in your app settings if your actual phone. Go to your settings app, search for the app, then there should be a setting that says “Paste from Other Apps” that defaults to “Ask” and you can change it to allow. It’s annoying that it’s individual app level stuff, but there is a way around it I found. 
Easy to turn this off.
No there are 2 different kind of prompt. The WoS prompts to ask if we want to use whatever it found in the clipboard. This is something we would like to deactivate in the settings. This is different from the operating system prompt that asks if pasting from the clipboard is allowed. But we would like for WoS to only attempt to read the clipboard when we press the paste button manually
Go to your iPhone’s Settings>Wallet of Satoshi (bottom)>Set your paste settings.
I'm a lowly Android pleb. (But I use GrapheneOS so I can feel like one of the cool kids.) Anyway, we don't have this setting. Or at least, I haven't been able to find something similar.

Even on iOS the settings doesn’t work as you intend. It’s not possible to never see a WoS promt, and just use the paste button. The setting configures the iOS prompt, but it will be up to WoS to make *their* promt configurable. Bit they appear to misunderstand you
Got it - yeah that’s a fair point, you can’t configure the os settings to work that way. Will bring it up with the devs
