The usual great podcast from @`TheGuySwann`but there is a major "mistake": as far as over-regulation and legislative incontinence is concerned, no state beats italy. Last time I looked, we had more than 400.000 (400K!!!) laws, not including all the bullshit coming from the EU AND local authorities (3 levels of it) :-)
At a rate of 1000 laws canceled per day... Well, you can do the math.
