Then don't have a complete seed phrase at home.
So it can't be stolen.
So you store each set at different locations? Good idea! I still want mine encoded but gets me thinking.

24 words seed phrase divided into three sets Ć 16 words, A, B, C:
A: words 1 to 16
B: words 9 to 24
C: 1 to 8 and 17 to 24
You can recreate the seed with only two of the three sets. You need 3 different locations though.
