mostr.pub has a lot of the "normal people" content that nostr lacks. I'd consider including that in the client starter list

I used to not like that relay but I find myself using it more and more.

It has some downer stuff that I donโ€™t care about but also a lot of stuff people may actually search for and nostr relays simply wonโ€™t have content for

Both statements are true. I initially didn't like it because I mostly saw trolls coming from the relay but ive had some better interactions recently that changed my opinion a bit.

I should go check it out as an anthropomorphic study of normal people ๐Ÿ™‚

Anthropological* lmao

Figured as much.

There is quite some good content out there! #fediverse

nostr:npub1r0rs5q2gk0e3dk3nlc7gnu378ec6cnlenqp8a3cjhyzu6f8k5sgs4sq9ac Please do! I'm one of those normies from the Fediverse.

I follow many accounts there, news agencies, NGOs, just interesting people and last but not least friends.

Interacting seems a bit unreliable. I once got a response to a comment to nostr:npub1x2nsd57m43rt663drdxgnzlfsmmu6p5j7z0xzec2tpxwyvy79sts35u4eh but that looked weird when looked at from mastadon.

Take screenshots of anything weird and we can pass to devs

The weird thing is, that my Nostr account appeared as "@@mostr.pub" what might irritate people on the other side. But that has been a while ago. Maybe it improved and it is now @username_at_nip05@mostr.pub ? I'll check...

and one more thing. Mastodon is fragmented as hell. So if you find some repost there and want to follow the other profile your instance may e.g. have latest posts from 2022 (no typo) from that account only. As mostr.pub is itself a ActivityPub Server same problem applies there. Following people only improved lately as https://mostr.pub offers to find accounts and opens them in njump.me.

Good to know
