Reality comes through God who cannot cease to exist. Therefore, to resist reality, that is, what is most fundamentally real, is to resist God.

God set up the rules of reality (1st principles) to be indelible. Doc Holiday pointed out (in Tombstone) that Ringo resented being born, that is, existence itself, which is the same thing as resenting reality.

But reality can't fundamentally change, so Ringo was wasting his time, pissing into the wind so to speak.

So, wisdom pleads with us:

Seek to understand reality and how it works all the way down.

Then you will be able to make those incisive choices which, in the blink of an eye, shift nations away from hell on Earth.

Then you will be able to bring Heaven to Earth so humans will flourish for all eternity.
