What about it sounds like cope to you? I thought it was a fairly reasonable approach, generally. No emotion, and makes good points on both sides. Regardless how you feel about the Trademark issue or personal motives aside, surely there would have been a better way to handle the situation?
Copying is not stealing. Fraud is stealing. So long as customers are informed, everything is fine.
