I don’t do weed and I always wake up tired. Usually get 7.5 - 8 hours of sleep, but I wake up around like 4:30 AM. Always tired. Wish I could fix it.

Only bro science but personally I sleep best when the room is VERY cold, and if I did a lot of exercise during the day

I workout every day (powerlifting + Olympic lifting) and the house is usually like 68 or 67 during this time of year

You sleeping for to long try 4-6 hours of sleep.
