In my opinion their first priority is to profit from their scam and their second priority is to hurt Bitcoin as much as they can.
This is what every shitcoin like Ethereum, Solana, XRP is doing. First they scam the retards with their slavery centralized shitcoins (rug pulls, pump and dumps, inflation, coins created out of thin air and so on) and then they all want to flip Bitcoin.
