Decided to make the jump.
Traded in my fold4 for a find n3
Got around 3,500,000 sats off and a bit more since I refuse the earbuds.
Paid around 3,500,000 sats more for the phone.
It's pricey, but I was miserable with the Fold 4's unusable narrow outer screen and the weird the weirdly proportioned inner screen.
I get what Samsung is doing, they want to keep the outer screen 'less than a phone's and the inner screen 'less than a tablet's as to not cannibalize their own product lineup, which doesn't really makes sense since it does not and will not sell that much anyways.
So with the Fold 4 and 5 you get a crippled phone experience on the front screen. (Yes, apps go crazy over the weird aspect ratio) and the kinda useless inner screen (when you try to multitask, you get two slim panels which is pretty much useless.)
And the camera, the sub flagship camera is what irks me the most on the Fold. I paid so much more for it and got a mid tier camera just because they are afraid the bump is going to be prominent.
Well here I am, typing up a storm on the Oppo's front screen which works as an actual phone. Multitasking is intuitive and you get two normal sized screens when using two apps side by side, and I love the camera modules, the bump is gigantic but people who bought these beasts aren't going to care.
Samsung, you dropped the ball. Get back in the game or you will be left behind.
