The best hack I have learnt is to get up early 5AM ish… you will realize that your day is longer and full of energy…

There are two types of people - some do much better waking up early and some are much better waking up late. It's roughly half half. The assumption is that this since caveman times to have better coverage of people watching for the camp overnight.

I totally agree. I was for like 20 years night owl. Working at night etc. Lately like 5-6years back it totally switched for me. Now I need good proper sleep (10PM bed time) and waking up early. I lived both but my theory is with getting older i can see huge difference in the energy in the morning vs in the evening. That is why I optimize for energy--> early morning.

But of course there is nothing like one option is the right one. It is very subjective and individually based. Just wondering how other people see that..
