Please some zap this note and tell me how long it took and which service you used. It now routes through my node and I like to benchmark 🤙 thank you

About 5 seconds for the WoS to load
Yes that's the one. I can't open a channel it WoS directly, it's too expensive. I'm dancing around it and opening channels that have channels with WoS. I need another good one, though 5 seconds is already an improvement. Thank you!
About 2 seconds with alby
Perfect! Thank you!
Instant transaction, over WoS
Oh okay, that's after WoS loaded😇
I press send, it's fine instantly 😎
The send button takes abbaut 2 sec to go green
Fantastic 😍 thank you!
The other way around is much slower but that I don't mind. It takes about half a minute for my wallet to connect to my node and to construct a payment. Though I think Zap keeps closing the connection when in background and that's why it's slow.
Sent some Nostr love coming your way from WOS
Zapped from my node. Took around 5-6 seconds! 🐶🐾🫡⚡️
Less than 3 seconds with alby. Keep in mind that I have integrated Zeus on my iPhone to send ⚡️
Good to know, thank you!
4 sec with Wallet of Satoshi 🫡
Test done 🤘 thank you all, I learnt that my node can be zapped in a timely fashion already and internally I found a solution to speed up the construction of payments to the outside.
I simply unrestricted the battery access of the app on my phone, it won't close the connection to the node now when in background. The connection via Tor takes a long time and up until now it did it for every transaction.
21 sats from my CLN node. Took 30 secs.
Good that it worked but it means that our nodes are far away from each other.
hey rico. 9 secs from when i hit send via zeus from my node.
And too long for mine to reach yours. I also saw that my Raspi is at 94% RAM usage almost all the time now thanks to the overflowing mempool. It's a 4GB Raspi and it seems that it's no longer up for the task 😒
also 4 gb here. re mempool, had thought it might be good idea to increase maxmempool in bitcoin config but that made things way worse (even when increase zram), requiring daily reboots of my raspiblitz to get load on CPUs back down to normal. set naxmempool back to 300 and things are much better, though still need to reboot every few days.
