I just finished an angry walk. Set a new PB for this route by over two minutes, but, yes a really stupid reason to be angrily walking.
Oh? You want to know why I'm angry? Fine. I'll tell you:
Mediocre lasagna.
Most who interact with me regularly know that I'm on the path to loosing the extra rotundity that I hag carried for way too long. I'm mostly strict carnivore, eating beef, eggs, butter, and salt. On occasion, I am obliged to have dinner with family, and tonight was one such time. My sister's mother-in-law made dinner,the most mediocre lasagna I've probably ever had. I got dumped out of ketosis for a bland, watery, meh lasagna. And I also had to make nice. Ugh. UGH!
So I angrily walked after dinner, being annoyed that I am going to feel not great tomorrow for food that wasn't worth it. If my sister had made it, it would have at least been really good. Heck, if I made it, it would have been way better.
*sighs* Whatever. I walked and set a new personal best for my normal route by a whole two minutes on a route that's 2.79 miles and I can't be arsed to convert into godless pedounits at the moment. I averaged 3.9mph, which is annoying since I stopped to take a pic of some pretty flowers (will post after this rant) and also had to avoid death by geese (gosh, I hate those dirty, filthy honkers) and didn't break 4.0mph,which has been a goal for some time. Oh well. There's always another day until there isn't.
