Adjarian khachapuri - one of the many types of cheese-filled pastry from Georgia (the country, not the US state 🙃). It is usually filled with sulguni, traditional sour and moderately salty cheese, and decorated with butter, egg (or egg yolk) and freshly chopped parsely leaves.

The Adjarian version is usually „boat“-shaped. Other popular versions such as Imeretian or Ossetian khachapuri are either more like calzone or can have other fillings like potato and boiled eggs.
