No you should replace it with steak immediately. π
My approach is to turn it once you can see the cooked bit has penetrated halfway up the cut off meat. For chicken breast, this is when the colour has changed on the thin end.
Time spent on the second side is about 1/2 - 2/3 of the time it spent on the first side.
