On fedi we collect dumbass blocks as scalps. On nostr we collect dumbass reports instead. So the cycle continues.

I saw a guy "zap" a report on me, so at the very least you should be able to see other people's reports somehow

i don't think you can. Only relay admins can, you're not part of a particular relay so it can't be an option
