This is on #sauna usage. I TRY to get 4-5x/week. That is harder in the Summer/Fall because of my tennis/coaching schedule...I might get 3.

But I'm coming into the season where I can get more - and I love it!

I have an infrared sauna I use four times a week usually after I lift.
