Probably because the Gateway Experience by the Monroe Institute actually works... Have you tried this meditation yet? I can tell you first hand that it not only works, but It is amazing... I think The Monroe Institute has discovered another path to achieving an understanding of the nature of mind and the universe. Everything in the CIA report corresponds to what I have learned in yoga studies and practices over the past 30 years.
