Great accomplishment!
I still do 3 sets of 10 navy seal burpees on most days of the week, or at a minimum i do it on days i don't go to the gym.
Around september last year i heard about navy seal burpees and i immediately jumped on the challenge. I started out with 3 every day and climbed my way up to 40 a day by adding 1 every week. So after 37 weeks i was doing 40 a day and that took me 15 minutes every day and i found that pretty inconvenient and time consuming on some days. So i completed a whole year and then called it a day.
I do not totally want to get out of it because i gained so much from it. Not even so much in terms of strength or conditioning but much more jn terms of discipline and making habits. Best thing ever!
