Started taking creatine. Any advice appreciate. I’m doing kettlebell 5/6 days a week alternating medium/light/heavy workouts.

No real advice but I take 5g twice a day mixed into a 750ml electrolyte and magnesium cocktail. Sip throughout the day. Have no proof of ROI for the creatine but random leg cramps in the middle of the night disappeared after adopting this habit.

Make sure it’s Creapure creatine. All other creatine is Chinese junk.

I don’t know if its all junk but its odd that there’s only one brand of creatine thats NOT made in china.

-Cycle off once or twice a year for a couple weeks.

-Dont leave mixed in water.

-It Degrades quickly in hot or acidic environments
