Are collaborative replaceable events a possibility on Nostr?

I am thinking multi-author long-form notes, or say a community bookmark list, or anything else that users might want to collaborate on as a single replaceable event.

Is that something y'all working on a Nostr version of Git are up to, maybe? Or something like how wiki articles work, where another user can fork the original, and the original author could merge their edits, if they so choose?

^^^ Yes, was going to suggest this exists in wiki. Now others write "forks" essentially, and the original author has to accept and merge the changes, then sign it tmk. Similar but probably not how you were imagining it nostr:npub1kun5628raxpm7usdkj62z2337hr77f3ryrg9cf0vjpyf4jvk9r9smv3lhe

Correct. That is not exactly what I am thinking. In the way wikis are implemented, each author is independently the only author of their own version of the same document, and they can each adopt edits from the various forks of that document.

I am thinking more of co-authorship of a single document. There would be a "owner" who can tag other npubs as having edit permissions, and relays would accept an update signed by any of the tagged co-authors, and the owner retains the ability to add or remove co-authors' edit rights.

Just selfhost a bookmark site theres plenty pf choice just search alternativeto. Git in nostr is a bad idea.
