But are they saying an organization should just close its branded account, or everyone in the organization should close their personal accounts too?
The entire internet can be scraped, including government databases. You can't hide unless you leave or are a careful annon.
In the current environment of political persecution, I believe they would only be scanning public sites, not leveraging the surveillance tactics of terrorist organizations such as the CIA, so in this case deleting your X account would suffice.
