Are you on Amethyst? If so, here's the short version: this is Fiatjaf's real account. He is spamming edits on purpose because he disagrees with how the short note editing feature has been implemented. He is also abusing non-standard Amethyst text formatting to make it especially annoying for Amethyst users. Vitor won't cave, as many users (including myself) heavily use this feature.
