well, i'm not much into the straight cherry, a bit too much body... i prefer sour cherry which is much more red and acid

most of the dark/red colour of coffee is from caramels, the color in tea is from tannins as is the acacia/mimosa bark and i think also Mate and Guarana both have a lot of tannins in them, where the cherries it's from ... i forgot what they are called, they are antioxidants, red and purple and yellow colours found in many fruit and vegetables

When it comes to coffee, I don’t have any specific preferences. There are times when I drink coffee like this 🤣

And it probably has a lot of tannins and the taste doesn’t resemble cherry at all, It resembles more of a floral scent.
