Binance already restricted the USDT market for EU citizens a few months ago. You'll have to use USDC or another (already) authorised stablecoin. Wahrscheinlich. Ich hab immer noch meine non-resident company in Gibraltar. Kostet mich ca €300/jahr und erspart mir Kopfzerbrechen über capital gain taxes und anderes. in der DACH region scheint es demnächst ordentlich zu krachen. Schaun das man seine Schafe zuvor schon in's trockene bringt.
Ja gehe auch über eine LLC in Florida und nirgends mit Steuerwohnsitz angemeldet. Aber whew, es wird definitiv nicht einfacher.
