Organic grassfed salted butter melted into the cast iron pan with a little olive oil. Generously season the steak with sea salt and fresh ground black peppercorns. Throw in some roasted garlic and fresh thyme sprigs. Keep spooning the melted butter all over the steak periodically. Cook it for 3-5 minutes on each side depending on its thickness until it is medium rare.
If you are feeling extra classy throw in a shot of maple whiskey too.
