Can't tell if you're actually asking, but fedimints are harder to run. There's also only 3 publicly known fedimints. I'm sure there are communities around the world using fedimint who haven't put themselves out there (invite only). We also only really have 1 good app (fedi). Mutiny's usage of fedimint was cool until they shut down.

yes i'm genuinely asking, in fact I would love to support fedi in Chachi and was looking for docs. what I gather is that it's kind of early for fedi, I know some people in Spain wanted to start a fedimint ran by meetup organizers. looking forward to have more fedimints deployed and moar devs building on it.

the tech they have is insanely cool, they just have to make it more pleb friendly. I don't know their priorities though, since the development IS backed mostly by a for profit company, so plebs may not be on top of the list

Which is why I think the start9 integration would be a big deal
