Upgraded my UPS to a 1500VA/1000w for my servers and network equipment last week. Now I'll get 90+min run time if the power goes out (based on the usual draw). I have my NAS set to shutdown after 15 min without power, so the runtime may even be longer once it's not drawing. Just have to get network UPS master settings setup on my NAS and NUT configured on my other linux servers/devices so that they'll get the signal from my NAS. Hopefully this won't be torture... Thankfully our side of town doesn't seem to have too many power issues, but being able to use the network and wifi during a power outage is nice.
