Word. I’m in the mainstream fiat public sector/utility communications and would think education and internal team building would be critical. Even when folks don’t get the full technical details of their product or service, as long as each contributors role is clear and you’ve got some guardrails and policies around what peeps can share about company efforts, I think this works well. In fact, I think you are better for having a mix.
Our biggest challenge is circle jerking and not listening to what non-bitcoiner are asking. So many people want to know more they just don’t know where to start and is bitcoiners tend to jump into deep technical or world-changing elements. Which is super fucking daunting and almost a turnoff to newbies.
