That’s correct. Some believed that they actually were pretty much a part of the Russian military but they’re really just a private paramilitary organization.

Apparently they’re also treated like shit, despite their effort in war. Lack of equipment from governmental force, they even shoot Wagnar forces behind their back.

I’m not sure. Putin is saying Prigozhin is a traitor and all that. But it seems like Prigozhin is only calling out against Shoigu the defense minister. He didn’t say anything directly about getting Purim’s ass.
