i did keto for a month or two a while back. great to lose weight. felt AWFUL tho.
nothing saturates me as much as a good sammich does, for lunch especially. gives me energy
it's weird also.. in the Netherlands, most guys easily eat away half a loaf of bread for lunch and eat potatoes or rice for dinner, DAILY... while staying cut.
it cannot be just the carbs.

I re-read it and second guessed myself haha. Yeah seed oils would def contribute to high weights in NA especially since they use canola, but even sunflower seed is bad.
