Same 😆 left shoulder, right knee, lower back & both hips… then I made a firm decision last year to commit to mobility and the left shoulder now has zero pain and full mobility, right knee now pain free with the exception of extended incline/climbing and I’m hoping that will be resolved in another 6 months, and hips are feeling great… lower back I targeted specifically with a program called LowBackAbility (just $5/month it’d pay what you want). I’ve been doing KinStretch (pricy at $45/month) and can’t believe the results myself.
Smart to stay with the 25lb!! I can’t even trust myself with a weight yet 😆 I’m too stupid to not push too hard too fast so I’m learning to push myself without using more weight as the default… but of course I will fuck it up when I do 😂 just hoping to build resiliency first so I can minimize the damage 😅
