I need to look into that too. My back and shoulders and knees are wrecked from my younger days. I start working out and then back and especially left shoulder just gets angry. Been working on core with the mobility and with the KB this has been great. I'll probably push it too far though lol. The KB I have is only 25lb so it keeps me from being too stupid for the most part

Same 😆 left shoulder, right knee, lower back & both hips… then I made a firm decision last year to commit to mobility and the left shoulder now has zero pain and full mobility, right knee now pain free with the exception of extended incline/climbing and I’m hoping that will be resolved in another 6 months, and hips are feeling great… lower back I targeted specifically with a program called LowBackAbility (just $5/month it’d pay what you want). I’ve been doing KinStretch (pricy at $45/month) and can’t believe the results myself.
Smart to stay with the 25lb!! I can’t even trust myself with a weight yet 😆 I’m too stupid to not push too hard too fast so I’m learning to push myself without using more weight as the default… but of course I will fuck it up when I do 😂 just hoping to build resiliency first so I can minimize the damage 😅
