tor’s “safest” mode disables javascript by default, which this website requires to run. so if you want to use the site you’ll have to enable javascript.

there is no tracking/ads/fingerprinting/etc bullshit on my site. you can view the source: https://github.com/bndw/satscalc.com

Cool, last night I was trying to work out what the price of BTC would be if 1000 SATs is $10. Any possibility?

oh that’s an interesting idea. I pull the current price of bitcoin on load but don’t allow you to edit it.

anyways, I think the answer to your question is:

1 btc = 100,000,000 sats

1,000 sats = 0.00001

if 1,000 is $10 then you can just move the decimal 5 places: $10.0 => $1000000.0 or $1,000,000 btc

hope that’s right, it’s early and I’m not a math guy lol

Thanks, I came to the same 1 million USD so we must both be wrong :) - here's $10 for your efforts...maybe...
