I sit zazen for 40 minutes every morning. I have been doing it for 16 years. Haven't missed a day.

Life seemed to became fuller and deeper after I started. So I didn't stop. I can't imagine life without it now.

A big inspiration for me was Brad Warner's book, "Sit Down and Shut Up."
