Day 1/31 60ish minutes on a walk, triceps work in the gym and some jumping jacks and stretching. Starting light, have overdone it early and felt it the entire challenge before.

I swam some laps. I swam more laps with my kids holding on to my feet and I pulled them across the pool. I've got a lot going on and I think that's as far as I'm pushing it today.

Day 1: lots of outdoor work (including some shoveling of heavy dirt and a ton of walking), which I'll count as 40 minutes

Plus 20 minutes with my kettlebells - single leg deadlifts, sumo squats, some Cossack lunges etc - all lower body.

Real life work plus kettlebells 💪💪
