It is a Monero client with Monero relays, so it's fair to assume a fair portion of the activity would be centric around Monero, and other similar topics.

And when you are running the site the content is whatever you pull from relays that you set from settings, so as long as clients are following the nostr standard the client app could use "topics" just as a starting point for you to already have content in it but then you're free to explore whenever
Having more topic focused nostr apps would also help with new users who are scared off by this being filled with just "bitcoin bros"
