Is there a good or recommended way to backup or transfer your settings for apps if you're still on stock android? I've been using my phone for 2 years and would like an easy way to backup and restore some things on the graphene side without having to start from scratch.

I'm not aware of anything for global settings like that. Some apps will have their own backup that's tied to a recovery phrase or account, but of course that's on a per-app basis.
Take the step as an opportunity to prune your digital footprint and cut ties with the services you don't really need/use.
A fair and needed reframing of the thought. Thank you
