Basically, yes. Or close and reopen a larger channel.

You can't send or receive an amount larger than a channels capacity but I'll be honest, I'm not sure what the behavior would be if you had a large number of small channels and tried to send a large amount. Could work 🤷‍♂️

Personally, I prefer to have at least 2 well funded channels with well connected nodes.
