All around the world when visiting a city I always seek out the top rated croissant to see how it stacks up.
Today we have Agathé in Melbourne’s CBD. Presentation pretty good, mise en scéne very nice, but a little doughy, missing some flakiness and lacking a little je ne sais quoi. Overall: 7.1
I am super into this. Did a similar croissant series this summer 🤓. Sounds like I can miss on Agathe

It’s definitely not bad - pretty good in fact - I just have a high bar.
Yes but we only have so much time, I won’t write it off but perhaps just make it a p3 for the trip this round.
