Sad indeed, but if there was ever a story about struggle, hope, and perserverance that will continue to inspire long after we're all gone it will be you and your husband's story. Thank you for tending to his flame, I know it will be tended with honor long into the future.

Great work Fran, looks like the leg recovery is going well. I only managed 1 x 21k for the challenge, but after doing a little more over the Christmas break (and running in the rain based injuries) I needed a rest. 🫡🙌
