It’s 2:44 AM. Acid reflux woke me up (too many bell peppers I think). Husband and doggies are still asleep next to me.

It’s nice that the nostr feed is always going because I can’t sleep lol. It’s like, I always have friends around no matter what time it is.

I’m sure this is how most social medias are, but nostr is my first type of social since I was 16 (that was a long time ago 😭) so I feel like I have nothing to compare it to.

Similar here! I have a debilitating tummy ache from straying from what has to be a ridiculously perfect diet or I’m fucked 🙄 However it’s 8pm

Aw man. Do you take anything or are you an all natural girlie? I can’t deal with acid reflux so I took an anti acid and now have to sit up straight for at least 30 min 🤦‍♀️

Anyways, I take this stuff whenever I have a bad stomach ache and it works really well (it’s not just for diarrhea, although it works for that too😂)

😂 nice thank you. I should keep something like that on hand if I want to eat something not perfect for me.

I normally just suffer through it until the gas passes naturally. I think acid reflux is a lot worse though!
