Photo just reminded me — flying to Geneva in a couple days, looking for a nice resort nearby (within ~90 minutes of the airport) because wife had a falling out with the friends we were supposed to stay with (over the dumbest thing), and we figured why waste the tickets, let’s enjoy the last trip of the summer. Maybe a long shot, but wondering if the “Swiss Miss” any recommendations.
Oof, sorry to hear that. It’s a small enough city that I think you’ll enjoy.
I used to live there so I’ve not stayed in many hotels/resorts much however, I’ve visited some. Depends on taste and budget because ngl, it’s a ridiculously expensive city. I used to live in Versoix so a little Lake Geneva Hotel there is decent but a bit further out. If you want to be much closer to city center, I think Ruby Claire is neat and Tourelle. If you want to go all out lux La Réserve or Hermitage for your resort spa needs.
