Core Lightning and Eclair. Eclair needs a plugin to create one and it's all still experimental. I've only been able to get one CLN node to pay another CLN node's Bolt12 offer.

that's what i thought. so ill need to spin up an entire new node to withdrawal from Ocean. that's a bad time.
