Yes! That’s exactly what I do for my first meal of the day (I very much get metabolically high on my own supply). It’s excellent to use for eggs
Never cooked with this stuff. Does it give food a buttery taste?
I would say hints of butter along with hints of nutty and even cheesy.
As weird as this might sound - the smell of cooking with ghee reminds me of the Annie’s Mac & Cheese smell, especially the cheese powder when you mix it with the milk and butter!
