I don’t know man, it just does something bad to my brain. Draws out the little punk kid I used to be. Wanting to fight and murder… it’s all bad for me, stackchain helped me find a place to hide for a while, but eventually I just kept falling into a pattern of hostility every day.

YES. This is what we've been saying over the past year. Twitter is so incredibly negative because algos make us view controversial content to keep us engaged. It keeps us angry and sad. It's not good for the soul. Nostr focuses on building, which yields positivity because we're all winning as Nostr grows. You're home Buddha.
It’s the algo. Always has been. Once you view one piece of negative content, it feeds you more of the same. A minor PTSD basically.
