how can ‘stop eating plants’ be good advice? don’t plants have essential nutrients that meat does not? would like to read any support research if available

It's good advice if it gets you to stop eating hyper-proccessed poison.

Personally I still enjoy some plants, but I don't eat them for their nutritional value. I'm not sure there are any nutrients that plants have that meat does not. The one most commonly cited is Vitamin C, but it turns out that 1) meat does have some and 2) when you're not eating grains, you don't need as much of it. In any case, there are lots of long-time carnivores who are thriving and we don't see cases of scurvy!
