Agreed! Not only is it quality time with your kids, it helps with trust. It's leading by example when they're learning to read. It's sparking their imagination, as they figure out their place in society. It expands their minds to possibility and potential. Fuuuuuuuuuck that article and any trash bag parent that adheres to that bullshit.
Totally agree. Lots of concepts and places that a child doesn’t see in their day to day that can easily be articulated with reading a story.

So, are they saying it is better to have all kids dumb and disadvantaged than to only have a few? Wouldn't it be better to try to help the kids falling behind than force everyone into utter stupidity? Of course that would be harder to convert people to Democrats and useful idiots. Since they kill all of their own kids, they have to have other people's kids to convert and uninformed kids are easier to convert.
